Home Staging

We specialize in artistic Home Stagings and our Staging Plans includes all aspects of your home. This will include curb appeal, furniture arrangement, spatial planning, de-cluttering, what needs to be removed and what needs to be brought in, floral arrangements, and overall ReDesign/Staging Plan. We work with local Realtors, Builders, and Home Owners.

Real Estate Market Analysis Combined with Staging Analysis
After a tour of your home and making extensive notes, you will be presented with a combination real estate market analysis (if your home is not currently listed for sale) and staging plan. You will receive a comprehensive real estate market analysis based on the current presentation of your home completed by a California or Texas Real Estate Sales Professional, depending on which state you reside in. In addition, you will also receive a list of design suggestions from us covering all aspects of your home from curb appeal, furniture arrangement, spatial planning to floral arrangements all to market your home to receive the best possible price.Then we give you the "staged price" your home could be listed at. Remember, this is a FREE service offered to all prospective Real Estate clients.

ReDesign Service

This is the physical movement of your furniture, accessories and artwork that will be rearranged into the best possible arrangement for your space all in one day. We actually remove everything from the room and start from scratch to build your new look. This service includes a consultation beforehand to discuss the issues you have with the room and we will “shop” your home for items we may be able to incorporate into the design. 
              ReDesign/Staging Consultation
Our Recent consultations have been hugely successful, with some homeowners getting a completely redesigned home with a very small investment! Cost for written proposal after initial consultation.

• Up to 2000 s.f. $175.00
• 2001-4000 s.f. $275.00
• Over 4000 s.f. $375.00

Cost for non-written consultation includes extensive walk-thru, then sitting down with you where I will go over  design suggestions  covering all aspects of your home. This will include curb appeal, furniture arrangement, spatial planning, de-cluttering, what needs to be removed and what needs to be brought in, floral arrangements, and overall ReDesign/Staging Plan.  Cost $120.00

Color Consultation 
I believe that homeowners should not be afraid to use color. Adding a new paint color or changing an unappealing one is an inexpensive way to make a big impact in a space. We can help you choose the right customized colors to enhance your home. Transitioning colors from room to room is our specialty. The colors in your home make an incredible impact on your whole design. If you already have decided on a color palette, bring in your samples and let us take a look and give you our take on your selection.
